The California ISO requests interested candidates for open membership positions on the Transmission Maintenance Coordination Committee to submit their membership request by close of business March 3, 2017.
The ISO, in compliance with a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission order and a resolution by the ISO Board of Governors, established an advisory committee in April 1998 called the Maintenance Coordination Committee, subsequently renamed the Transmission Maintenance Coordination Committee (TMCC). This committee acts as an advisory committee to the ISO vice president responsible for transmission maintenance.
At this time, the ISO is seeking candidates to fill four of 13 TMCC member positions whose terms will begin on April 1, 2017. The TMCC charter requires these open positions be filled as follows:
three by a Participating Transmission Owner
one by a labor organization
All four positions will have a three year term length.
